Self Check-In with a secure lock box. Instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to your arrive. The lockbox code will be sent 1hour before your scheduled check-in time. Do not attempt to enter the property prior to your check-in time.

Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Your stay will be cancelled with no refund. This includes schoolies, end-of-school groups, or university O-week students.
Parties are strictly prohibited. A party is defined as any gathering with more guests than registered, causing noise or disturbances. If a party occurs, whether shut down or not, a charge of $1,000 per registered guest, plus $1,000 per additional unregistered guest, will apply.

Personal Belongings:
The host is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

No Climbing on Furniture:
For your safety, please do not climb on furniture or use it improperly.

The apartment is not safety vetted for children/babies, you are responsible for your own children/babies at all times. Children must be supervised at all times.
Caution - mask, snorkels, beach toys and Boogie Boards:
For your enjoyment, we provide snorkels and boogie boards. Use of these items is at your own risk. We strongly recommend following all safety guidelines, supervising children closely, and exercising caution at all times. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from their use, whether at the pool or the beach.
Caution - Use of Portacot and High Chair:
We provide a portacot and high chair for your convenience. Please ensure these items are used according to the manufacturer's instructions and that children are supervised at all times when in use. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from their use.

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before your check-in date.
