One private lockup garage that will suit a medium sized car. Plus there is limited free guest parking and free on-street parking.

Parents/carers must supervise children at all times within the apartment, the rooftop, the balconies, the pool and BBQ area, on stairs and on common property areas of the complex. The apartment is not safety vetted for babies, infants or young children. 

Self Check-In with a secure lock box. Instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to your arrive. The lockbox code will be sent 1 hour before your scheduled check-in time. Do not attempt to enter the property prior to your check-in time.

**** To guarantee early access or a late checkout we suggest booking the night before or after.

Requests for Early Check-in
• Early check-ins may be possible if the unit is ready, usually confirmed on the day of check in. I will notify you if it is available.

Requests for Late Check-out
• Due to early check-ins and the time it takes to clean and prepare the unit, late check-outs are generally not possible.

While I live nearby, I respect your privacy and want you to fully enjoy your stay without interruption. I’m available to assist with any questions or concerns, and you can reach out to me via message. I’ll respond as soon as possible, though please understand that it may not always be immediate. My goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay while giving you the space to relax.

A large fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, large fridge, lots of pantry space.

45 metres from the beach and Maroochydore Surf Club. You can see the sand and hear the waves.

Large private covered rooftop. Shared pool and BBQ area.

A porta cot and high chair is available in the apartment. We provide plastic plates and bowls and a selection of kids toys and books.

Onsite management will shut down parties, events or occupants causing a disturbance to other guests. Building by-laws enforce quiet hours from 9pm - 8am.

Building by-laws prohibit smoking and vaping in common areas, on balconies and the rooftops. We do not allow smoking or vaping within the apartment.

The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor. There is no lift access. Guests must be able to comfortably use stairs and carry their own bags to the apartment.

I love living on the Sunshine Coast. There are so many new places to explore, our weekends are packed. We love the outdoors. Prefer summer over winter. If there is water, I will be swimming. If there is a mountain, I will climb it.
